Send us the nameplate photo of the faulty unit plus your machine model and controller series (for example FANUC 0i-MF, SINUMERIK 828D or MITSUBISHI M70). Where a buyer specifically requests a tested used or refurbished unit for an obsolete model, the condition and test report are stated clearly on the offer.

What warranty and technical support do you provide?

New products carry a 12-month basic warranty from the shipment date. Our support team assists with parameter setting, wiring diagrams, alarm-code diagnosis and encoder matching by email or WhatsApp, and replies to all technical enquiries within 24 working hours.

How fast can stocked items be shipped worldwide?

Most fast-moving servo amplifiers, motors, encoders, probes and linear scales are held in our Ningbo warehouse and can leave within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. We ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, air freight or sea freight to Europe, North America, South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Do you accept small trial orders and mixed-brand orders?
