Send us the nameplate photo of the faulty unit plus your machine model and controller series (for example FANUC 0i-MF, SINUMERIK 828D or MITSUBISHI M70). Most fast-moving servo amplifiers, motors, encoders, probes and linear scales are held in our Ningbo warehouse and can leave within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. We ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, air freight or sea freight to Europe, North America, South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Do you accept small trial orders and mixed-brand orders?
